How it works
Each colored dot is a “particle species.” The interaction matrix defines how each species feels about every other — attraction (positive) pulls them together, repulsion (negative) pushes them apart. From these simple rules, complex structures emerge: cells that divide, galaxies that spiral, predators that chase prey.
