Digital Products
All WIZ Store products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and products are non-refundable once delivered.
Support & Issues
If you have issues accessing or using your purchased product, contact us and we will help:
- — Download link not working: we will resend
- — File corrupt or incomplete: we will replace
- — Product significantly different from description: case-by-case review
