Digital Products

All WIZ Store products are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital delivery, all sales are final and products are non-refundable once delivered.

Support & Issues

If you have issues accessing or using your purchased product, contact us and we will help:

  • — Download link not working: we will resend
  • — File corrupt or incomplete: we will replace
  • — Product significantly different from description: case-by-case review

Exceptions

We do not offer refunds for:

  • — Change of mind after purchase
  • — Products purchased as subscriber access
